The sleek, foldable Katadyn BeFree Gravity 10L filter system uses gravity to filter water. You simply need to fill the bag from a river, stream or lake, hang it from a tree or shelter and let gravity do the rest.

The strong, hard wearing straps makes carrying a full bag easy, while the built-in water indicator window lets you monitor how much water remains in the bag. The output hose can be easily removed/attached with the quick release valve with automatic flow-stop to prevent contamination when refilling.

The heart of the BeFree Gravity 10L is the EZ-Clean Membrane™, offering a fast flow rate of up to 2 liters per minute. The water passes through a hollow fiber filter which safely removes microorganisms and sediment with its pore size of 0.1 micron (0.0001 mm).

Single filter will purify 1000l, depending on the water quality. You can easily clean the filter by rinsing the EZ-Clean membrane in water - no backflushing or tools necessary. 100% PVC and BPA free.

Filtered water can be stored in a separate container, bottle or hydration bladder (using included quick connect fittings). The opening of the container, bottle or bag for filtered water should be as small as possible to prevent dirt from getting in. If the filtered water is not to be used on the same day, use Katadyn Micropur tablets to preserve it.
