It is battery powered and can operate for up to 5 hours using three D-sized alkaline batteries. This pump is ideal for use in areas and on boats where there is no permanent electrical system or power source. This Portable Pump is 6 3/8 inches tall and has a 5 ¼-inch diameter. It can pump up to 200 gallons per hour, and comes with a 42-inch-long hose with a garden hose adapter that allows you to add a longer hose. It lifts water to a height of 40 inches, and is not to be used as a permanent bilge pump.
